In Short

  • Drive ARR growth from new business and expansion of existing customers.
  • Articulate Camunda’s value proposition to technical and business leadership.
  • Collaborate with Solutions Engineering and Product teams.
  • 5+ years of experience in software sales in Spain.
  • Expert in Sales Methodologies such as MEDDICC and Challenger Sales.
  • Proven track record of building new Pipeline generation.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is required.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in software sales (Enterprises >5,000 employees).
  • Experience selling complex IT products or solutions.
  • Ability to sell into IT and Business at C-level.
  • Strategic thinker with successful execution of Account Plans.
  • Strong collaborator and problem solver.
  • Examples of successful sales into enterprise accounts.
  • Deep industry knowledge in BFSI, Telco, or Public Sector is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Automation technology is a plus.
