In Short

• Work in a lean team structure with exposure to all company operations.
• Assist the CIO in daily operations.
• Manage onboarding with counterparties.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Organize operational flow of the business.
• Research new opportunities in the crypto space.
• Monitor cash flow and manage recurring payments.

Requirements

• General knowledge of the financial markets.
• Strong interest and knowledge of blockchain/crypto.
• Ability to multi-task and meet competing deadlines.
• Excel modeling skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven track record of taking on new challenges.
• Fluency in English; Italian is a plus.
