Orangetheory Fitness – Camarillo Fitness is seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Director of Payroll and Total Rewards to lead the design, delivery, and administration of payroll operations and total rewards programs.

• Lead payroll operations and total rewards programs.
• Ensure compliance, accuracy, and alignment with business goals.
• Oversee biweekly, multi-state payroll processing.
• Design and manage competitive compensation and incentive programs.
• Oversee benefits administration including health and retirement plans.
• Build and lead a team of payroll and benefits professionals.
• Act as a subject matter expert on total rewards topics.
• Support employee education and engagement around compensation.
• Must reside in Atlanta, GA for occasional local meetings.
• Remote work is supported.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in payroll, compensation, and benefits.
• Experience with multi-state, high-volume payroll.
• Strong knowledge of Paylocity or similar platforms.
• Deep understanding of U.S. payroll laws and compliance standards.
• Proven ability to build and scale systems in high-growth environments.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Must reside in Atlanta, GA.
