Internal Outreach Specialist - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a motivated, organized, and results-driven individual to join our team as an Internal Outreach Specialist (IOS). In this role, you’ll play a critical part in driving studio growth by engaging with leads, scheduling intros, and ensuring potential members feel welcomed and informed about Orangetheory Fitness.

In Short

• Proactively contact new leads within 1 hour of inquiry submission.
• Schedule and confirm intros for prospective members using Orangetheory’s CRM system.
• Build meaningful connections with leads by asking insightful questions.
• Manage lead engagement for up to five studios.
• Track and document all lead interactions using internal tools and Excel.
• Work independently in a remote environment.
• Meet or exceed performance metrics in a customer-focused role.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills required.
• Comfortable making daily outbound calls to leads.
• Passion for health, fitness, and the Orangetheory brand.
