The Area Manager for Franchise Development is responsible for overseeing the activities and profitability of assigned franchise locations in the custom-designed organizational solutions business, ensuring brand standards and processes are implemented effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience.
• Five years of Operations experience.
• Five years of leadership experience.
• Desirable background in franchising or business ownership.
• Proactive and independent work style.
• Knowledge of brand experience.
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration.
