Overview

Integres, LLC is seeking a Development Manager with extensive experience leading software development teams and managing program schedules.

In Short

  • Create work breakdown structures and detailed program schedules for software development projects.
  • Assign tasks to software development team members and monitor progress.
  • Track resources, budgets, and expenditures to ensure efficient program execution.
  • Ensure program objectives and deadlines are met successfully.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical and operational issues.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to development team members.
  • Evaluate project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Maintain clear communication with stakeholders regarding program status and outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering Management, or other related engineering/technical discipline.
  • Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in software development management.
  • Strong experience in work breakdown structures, program scheduling, and team management.
  • Proven ability to track resources and expenditures effectively.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering software development programs on time and within budget.
