The Development Manager (DM) at Breakthrough T1D plays a crucial role in executing integrated fundraising efforts that support the organization's mission to improve lives affected by type 1 diabetes (T1D). This remote position focuses on building relationships with donors and volunteers to drive event success and revenue growth.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of fundraising experience with a record of achievement.
• Strong skills in donor cultivation and stewardship.
• Experience with large-scale events.
• Ability to manage a network of volunteers and donors.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM databases.
• College degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to travel locally as needed.
• Evening and weekend work as required.
• High degree of energy, integrity, and creativity.
