Requirements

• 8+ years in compliance or financial regulatory roles, 3+ years in leadership.
• In-depth knowledge of global AML regulations and cryptocurrency compliance.
• Experience in building AML programs in fintech or crypto environments.
• Strong knowledge of KYC/AML software and compliance operations.
• Proven track record of regulatory interaction including audits and inquiries.
• Professional certifications like CAMS or CFE are preferred.
