Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Crypto Business Development Manager to drive the growth and strategic expansion of our cryptocurrency and blockchain initiatives.

In Short

• Lead the identification, development, and execution of business development opportunities in the cryptocurrency and blockchain space.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential partners, clients, investors, and stakeholders in the crypto ecosystem.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, legal, product, and operations, to align business development projects with company objectives.
• Oversee the lifecycle of business development projects, from strategy formulation through negotiation, implementation, and execution.
• Research and analyze market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to identify new business opportunities.
• Develop and present business proposals to key decision-makers.
• Negotiate terms and conditions of partnerships and collaborations.
• Monitor and manage the progress of business development projects.
• Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure all business development efforts are compliant with regulations.
• Create detailed reports on business development activities and track KPIs.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in business development, preferably within the cryptocurrency, blockchain, or fintech sectors.
• Strong understanding of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency markets.
• Proven experience in identifying and executing new business opportunities.
• Familiarity with crypto industry regulations and compliance.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to conduct market research.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
