In Short

  • Source deal-flow from new and existing protocols requiring liquidity providers.
  • Understand the global crypto ecosystem and develop a network of crypto-native partners.
  • Take ownership of the entire lifecycle of a project.
  • Work closely with the trading team to design and negotiate agreements.
  • Represent Cumberland’s brand globally at conferences and industry events.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of Sales or Business Development experience in the crypto industry.
  • Proven track record in liquidity provision preferred.
  • High sense of urgency, self-motivation, and entrepreneurship.
  • Proven team-player in fast-paced environments.
  • Data-driven decision-making approach.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Well organized with multitasking ability.
  • Initiative in driving projects to completion.
  • Fluency in English; other languages are a plus.
