At C-Link, we’re revolutionising construction procurement by automating workflows and transforming how subcontractors win work. We are expanding our team and looking for an Engineering Team Lead – PHP & React to help shape our product and engineering culture while delivering technical excellence.

In Short

• Lead and mentor a small team of developers.
• Own and deliver key features across our React frontend and PHP backend stack.
• Set and guide technical direction, contributing to architectural decisions.
• Conduct code reviews and uphold high coding standards.
• Collaborate with product, design, and stakeholders.
• Champion quality, testing, automation, and CI/CD improvements.
• Proactively identify risks and ensure timely delivery of projects.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Team Lead or Senior Developer.
• 5+ years of hands-on PHP development.
• 5+ years of React.js experience.
• Strong JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3 experience.
• Understanding of relational database design.
• Excellent communication skills.
