As an Engineering Team Lead at Alpen Labs, you will lead a high-impact team focused on delivering production-grade infrastructure for a scalable, private, and programmable Bitcoin ecosystem.

In Short

Lead and grow a team of talented engineers.

Requirements

6+ years of software engineering experience.
2+ years in a technical management role.
Experience with Rust, EVM-compatible chains, and L2 technologies.
Strong experience with systems programming or full stack development.
Experience in open source projects or developer tools.
Comfortable leading projects in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in crypto or distributed systems.
Understanding of good developer experience and documentation.
Excited to work in a mission-driven team.
