In Short

• Lead engineering for a topic team to ship high-quality software on predictable schedules
• Ensure effective meetings and communication
• Coach team members and foster a culture of collaboration
• Provide vision and purpose to teams
• Implement process improvements
• Conduct regular one-on-ones with engineers
• Support engineers in resolving challenges
• Participate in hiring and onboarding of engineers
• Maintain context by engaging with code regularly
• Iterate and improve engineering processes

Requirements

• Experience leading engineering teams (Ideally +2 years)
• Deep understanding of software development and deployment
• Strong verbal English communication skills (Spanish is a plus)
• Comfortable with participatory management / servant leadership
• Positive attitude and excellent problem-solving skills
• Quality driven with attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and eager to learn
