Accounts Payable Specialist - Remote

In Short

• Manage the full Accounts Payable cycle.
• Post recurring monthly accruals and reconcile accounts.
• Review monthly P&L reports and analyze expenses.
• Regularly review AP aging report for outstanding transactions.
• Support in monthly tax returns including VAT and IRPF.
• Prepare AP monthly dashboard for accounting close activities.
• Participate in process automation and improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management.
• 5+ years of accounting experience in Accounts Payable.
• Understanding of Spanish GAAP and tax regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Advanced level in Spanish and English.
