• Lead engineering for a topic team to ship high-quality software on predictable schedules.
• Ensure that the meetings are effective.
• Coaches people and the organization.
• Provide vision, sense of purpose, and visibility to teams.

• Conduct regular one-on-ones with engineers.
• Set expectations, provide regular feedback, and keep team members accountable.
• Support engineers and help reach a resolution when challenges arise.

• Participate in hiring and onboarding of engineers.

Requirements

• Experience leading engineering teams (Ideally +2 years).
• Very strong verbal English communication skills (Spanish is a plus).
• Comfortable with participatory management/servant leadership.
• Positive attitude, excellent problem-solving, and critical thinking.
• Quality-driven, attention to detail, and pragmatic.
• Excellent communication skills, adaptability, and eagerness to learn.
