Engineering Team Lead - Remote

Overview

The Engineering Team Lead manages the activities of several engineers and is responsible for the team's development and systems support efforts, ensuring alignment with departmental goals and client expectations.

Requirements

• A minimum of 9 years of higher education and/or work experience.
• At least 4 years of engineering and/or architecture experience.
• 3 years of leadership experience.
• Proficiency in project management and communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong presentation skills and ability to mentor others.
• Understanding of technical and operational impacts of projects.
• Familiarity with application development software and platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects.
• Understanding of the Bank’s application framework.
