Engineering Team Lead - Remote

Overview

We are looking for an Engineering Team Lead to lead our People & Interactions team, which is helping organizations around the world, and millions of users, to work effectively and efficiently by providing communication tools.

In Short

• Lead a team of talented engineers building one of monday.com’s exciting domains.
• Work with product and design to build robust services and amazing user experiences.
• Be a key member of the group’s leadership forums and oversee employee development and growth.
• Our stack - Node.js, Ruby On Rails, ReactJS, K8s, AWS, Redis, MySQL.
• Experience in managing a team and leading projects hands-on from start to finish.
• Experience building web applications from scratch in a production environment.
• Passion for both client-side and server-side development.
• Team player, strong communication skills, empathetic, and someone who thrives working in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for users, their needs, and their requirements.
• Passion for data, experience with looking into performance and usability data.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science (not a must; we're always looking for super-talented people).
