Requirements

• Proven experience leading engineering teams in a high-growth SaaS environment.
• Strong proficiency in writing, reviewing, and delivering production-grade code.
• Track record of aligning technical execution with broader business objectives.
• Deep understanding of modern engineering best practices and system architecture.
• Experience with technologies such as Python, JavaScript, MariaDB, Redis, Snowflake, SQL, Azure, and Frappe framework.
• Ability to coach and mentor engineers while maintaining high delivery standards.
• Experience working cross-functionally with product and design teams.
• Balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
• Excellent communication skills.
