• Seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Fractional VP of Finance.
• Lead financial planning, reporting, and accounting operations.
• Work closely with the CEO and executive team.
• Deep experience in accrual accounting and GAAP compliance required.
• Experience in startups and supporting successful exits preferred.
• Manage accrual-based accounting systems and processes.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulatory standards.
• Prepare for potential fundraising or M&A activity.
• Collaborate with third-party accountants and tax advisors.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, remote startup environment.

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience.
• Strong foundation in GAAP and accrual-based accounting.
• Ability to build and manage budgets and forecasts.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills required.
• Experience with QuickBooks and financial tools.
• Track record in startup or high-growth environments.
• CPA or MBA is a plus.
