Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in people management and leadership roles.
• 8+ years of experience in software development with complex systems.
• Solid understanding of software architecture and web platforms.
• Experience with Agile and Lean software development principles.
• Implemented engineering best practices prioritizing quality.
• Experience in leading SaaS platforms and data analytics products.
• Experience with scalable, end-user facing products.
• Familiarity with Python, Kafka, or modern frontend frameworks like React.
