Data & AI Engineer - Remote

Overview

As a Data & AI Engineer at TrustYou, you will play a central role in turning raw data into intelligent, actionable features for our hospitality platform, designing, building, and scaling AI-powered services.

In Short

• Design and build AI-powered features using external services and in-house ML models.
• Apply clustering, classification, forecasting, and semantic analysis techniques.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers.
• Design APIs and data services for insights at scale.
• Participate in product discovery and architectural decisions.
• Mentor others across data, engineering, and product teams.

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience, with 6 years in data engineering and data science.
• Strong Python skills and experience with ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Knowledge of statistical modeling, machine learning, and NLP.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, ElasticSearch, or ClickHouse.
• Understanding of LLMs and their application in production.
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
• Fluent in English.
