Overview

As an AI Data Engineer at GDIT, you will play a crucial role in transforming the Veterans Benefits Administration into an AI-enabled, paperless organization by building scalable data solutions that support high-performance analytics and machine learning.

• Design and implement scalable data solutions in AWS.
• Build and maintain data pipelines for structured and unstructured data.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in data engineering.
• Hands-on experience with AWS data services.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Familiarity with data lake and warehouse architectures.
• Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of data privacy and security compliance.
• Experience with healthcare or government datasets is a plus.
• AWS certifications preferred.
• Must be able to obtain a Position of Trust.
