Overview

The Payroll & Benefits Team Lead will be responsible for managing the payroll processing activities of the organization in ADP Workforce Now, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and delivering accurate and timely paychecks to employees alongside managing administrative functions of the employee benefit programs.

  • Ensure compliance with payroll laws and regulations.
  • Develop and implement payroll procedures for efficiency.
  • Train and supervise payroll team members.
  • Collaborate with other departments for payroll accuracy.
  • Manage relationships with external payroll vendors.
  • Provide excellent customer service to employees.
  • Prepare and analyze payroll reports.
  • Reconcile benefit invoices monthly.
  • Ensure accurate benefit deductions in payroll.

Requirements

  • Current ADP Workforce Now payroll processing experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of payroll processing experience.
  • Thorough knowledge of payroll laws and regulations.
  • Proficiency in payroll software and technology.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented and analytical.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Knowledge of MS Office software.
