Overview

The Senior Sales Development Manager - Central will be responsible for sales management within a specific territory, both from a client and customer perspective representing top C.A. Fortune client partnerships. This role will also advise clients on account-specific goals, marketing strategies and retail execution.

In Short

  • Fully remote but must be centrally local to the U.S.
  • Salary range $90,000 - $95,000 depending on experience, qualifications and skills
  • Travel Requirements: 5-10% to attend client sales meetings and major Industry shows
  • Build relationships with account personnel including top management and various departments
  • Advise clients on account-specific goals, marketing strategy, and retail execution
  • Deliver budgeted revenue while maintaining expenses
  • Identify new growth opportunities
  • Meet or exceed client KPI’s
  • Coordinate efforts to develop and deliver sales presentations
  • Support the Client Service Specialist assigned by client

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Consumer-Packaged Goods or related industry experience
  • Excellent communication & organization skills
  • Demonstrate sales planning, forecasting and sales execution experience
  • Strong comfort level with reading and interpreting data
  • Ability to develop customer-specific tactical plans
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships
  • Ability to present to an executive audience
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
