Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of 1-year payroll processing experience.
• Experience providing quality customer service.
• Knowledge or experience in Employee Benefits is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Good mathematical abilities.
• Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Suite programs.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to organize and prioritize workload effectively.
• Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
