The Team Lead, Payroll Operations will be responsible for overseeing a dynamic team that ensures the smooth and accurate processing of payroll for Deel's global workforce. You will play a critical role in managing the day-to-day payroll functions, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and delivering timely, error-free payroll for employees in multiple countries.
