Overview

The Customer Service/Order Management Specialist role provides excellent, timely, accurate and professional customer service to clients, customers, and internal sales departments. This role requires strong communication, problem solving and data entry skills.

In Short

  • Hybrid; in office 2 days/week (Wednesday & Thursday) Schaumburg, IL
  • Salary: $45,000 - $50,000 depending on years of experience and expertise
  • Provide excellent, timely, accurate and professional customer service.
  • Manage incoming orders and input into order entry system.
  • Review orders for accuracy and completion.
  • Assist customers/clients with questions or problems on their orders.
  • Maintain necessary data within order entry system to ensure efficient processing.
  • Work on a variety of web-based client systems.
  • Communicate openly with clients, customers, and internal sales department to resolve inquiries.

Requirements

  • Strong Microsoft Excel experience
  • Experience with Outlook
  • Flexible with excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Problem solver with strong analytical skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Accurate data entry skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently
  • Excellent organizational skills with focus on detail
