Overview

The Corporate Tax Manager is responsible for managing tax provisions, financial statement reporting, and developing tax strategies while overseeing compliance and audits.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics; CPA preferred
• 5+ years of relevant tax experience
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Excellent time and project management skills
• Advanced research and data analytic skills
• Ability to analyze and interpret numerical data
• Knowledge of federal and state tax laws
• Experience with tax preparation software
• Preferred knowledge of Smartsheet and OneSource
• Ability to work collaboratively with various functional areas
