Corporate Tax Manager - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Corporate Tax Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will develop and implement our corporate tax processes and manage complex tax areas while supporting major projects that drive Wrapbook's growth.

In Short

• Strong tax technical knowledge for income, sales/use, and excise taxes.
• Oversee accurate, timely filing of US federal, Canadian, and state income tax payments and returns.
• Manage federal, state, and local tax compliance and reporting requirements.
• Develop and implement tax planning strategies.
• Evaluate intercompany transactions and transfer pricing strategies.
• Provide guidance on corporate entity structure.
• Complete tax-related journal entries and implement accounting guidance.
• Monitor tax law changes and assess their impact.
• Research tax-related issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Big 4 public accounting experience.
• CPA certification required.
• 7+ years of corporate tax experience.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP.
• Understanding of US and Canadian tax laws.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with precision.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
