Overview

This is a fantastic opportunity for an Account Manager to grow sales in the Netherlands using Buckman’s unique technologies and customer relationship management programs. You will be able to work independently whilst having support from your colleagues located across the European region.

In Short

  • Managing your accounts by focusing on positive operating profit
  • Establishing business opportunities at new accounts in your region
  • Ensuring the continuous supply of midterm project pipeline
  • Identifying and achieving sales targets and forecasts
  • Providing customers with required service and support to develop our position while delivering the budgeted profitability
  • Taking a proactive approach in demonstrating and selling technical competence
  • Coaching, training, and mentoring field representatives & technical representatives within your assigned key accounts
  • Running trials and ensuring trials’ evaluation plans are done
  • Ensuring timely payment of invoices
  • Managing inventories to a practical minimum

Requirements

  • Successful selling experience in Paper Technologies industry (minimum 10 years)
  • Specific training in Paper Chemistries or Chemical Engineering (Bachelor’s degree is a must)
  • Language requirements: Fluent in Dutch and English
