Overview

As an Account Manager at Greenbone, you will play a key role in securing our customers' IT landscapes against external threats while developing and expanding our presence in the Dutch market.

In Short

  • Consultative selling with a strong focus on understanding customer needs
  • Creating and executing comprehensive territory plans for the Dutch market
  • Proactively identifying and acquiring new customers through outbound sales efforts
  • Driving the sales process from lead generation to closing deals
  • Delivering compelling business presentations and leading effective customer meetings
  • Clearly articulating the value proposition of Greenbone’s solutions and products
  • Collaborating with internal teams to provide the best solutions for customers

Requirements

  • A university degree (or equivalent) and a passion for continuous learning
  • At least three years of experience in B2B solution sales
  • Proven success in an outbound-heavy sales role, particularly in new market development
  • Experience consulting with decision-makers on complex cloud-based, appliance, or hybrid solutions
  • Proficiency in advanced sales methods and tools to meet and exceed targets
  • A strong drive to develop new customers and uncover untapped opportunities
  • Intellectual curiosity, a keen interest in IT security solutions, and an innovative mindset
  • Excellent communication skills with fluency in both Dutch and English
  • Experience in a “first boots on the ground” role, particularly in a newly established entity, is highly desirable
