In Short

• Responsible for attracting tech talent - particularly developers, DevOps engineers, Product Owners, SysOps, and IT architects.
• Manage the complete recruiting process from job requisition start to contract negotiation.
• Continuous maintenance of the applicant management tool (Personio).
• Close collaboration with tech and product leaders to fill critical roles.
• Process optimization and reporting of recruiting KPIs.
• Build and maintain a strategic talent pool through networking and targeted research.
• Ensure a consistently positive candidate and hiring manager experience.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in technical in-house recruiting, ideally in a fast-growing software company.
• Experience with ambitious hiring plans and ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Solid knowledge of active sourcing and modern recruiting tools and techniques.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey positions and company vision effectively.
• Experience working with technical leaders and consulting skills.
• Solution-oriented thinking, structured working style, and high self-responsibility.
• Fluent in German and English (both are must-haves).
