Overview

As a Tech Recruiter at WAES, you will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle of technical profiles—from sourcing to offer, speaking with professionals both in the Netherlands and abroad.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience as a Recruiter and/or Sourcer.
• At least 1 year of experience in searching for and interviewing technical profiles.
• Excellent written and spoken English; Dutch is a strong pre.
• University level of thinking (preferably bachelor or master graduate).
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and improvise.
• Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks.
• “Good is not good enough” attitude.
• Intelligence and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
