Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as a recruiter at a Tech start-up.
• Strong sourcing and interviewing skills.
• Ability to apply diversity and inclusion practices in hiring.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Passionate about creating the best candidate experience.
• Located on the US East Coast.
