Broadvoice is looking for an AI Engineer specializing in Large Language Models (LLMs) to lead research and development initiatives aimed at enhancing both our internal processes and customer-facing products.

In Short

Research and experiment with LLMs to identify potential applications.
Develop and fine-tune LLM-powered solutions, focusing on chatbots and intelligent assistants.
Apply prompt engineering techniques to improve model performance.
Explore and implement retrieval-augmented generation approaches.
Collaborate with teams to integrate AI-powered features into products.
Stay updated on emerging AI trends and third-party tools.

Requirements

Master’s in AI, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
Proven experience with LLMs, NLP, and machine learning.
Strong experience with Node.js and working with RESTful APIs.
Knowledge of vector databases and RAG methodologies.
Experience with deploying models in cloud environments is a plus.
Passion for AI advancements and critical thinking skills.
Strong communication skills.
