• Design, develop, and optimize AI models using Azure AI Foundry and open-source technologies.
• Enhance and scale our AI Platform, integrating RAG, LLMs, and ML pipelines.
• Develop AI agents for a ChatGPT-like experience.
• Work closely with engineering teams for AI deployment best practices.
• Collaborate with clients to transform business needs into AI solutions.
• Ensure integration with Azure services and open-source tools.

Requirements

• Proven experience with Azure AI Foundry and open-source AI ecosystems.
• Strong background in LLM fine-tuning and AI-driven application development.
• Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Cognitive Services and OpenAI APIs.
• Experience in AI security and deploying scalable AI solutions.
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize AI models.
• Fluent in English (German is a plus).
