Corporate Actions Business Analyst (Contract) - Remote

Overview

Broadridge is seeking a tenacious & proactive Corporate Actions BA to join our growing Canadian team that works closely with clients to implement our strategic SaaS Corporate Actions & Income Processing application across the Americas and in Europe.

In Short

• Remote role with limited travel for team collaboration.
• Manage user testing and reporting with clients.
• Conduct client training sessions on product functionalities.
• Define data integration mapping and product configurations.
• Support implementation strategies and mock conversions.
• Participate in reconciliation work to ensure data accuracy.
• Collaborate with internal teams for successful project delivery.
• Mentor junior team members.
• 3+ years of experience in SaaS project delivery.
• Strong knowledge of Asset Servicing lifecycle.

Requirements

• Experience in conversions/implementation consulting.
• Strong client-facing skills and relationship building.
• Attention to detail for accurate reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple work streams simultaneously.
• Data analysis skills, including SQL and Excel.
• Subject matter expertise in Asset Servicing.
• Understanding of project lifecycle and governance.
• Experience in agile environments with JIRA.
• Knowledge of Broadridge products is a plus.
• Reconciliation experience preferred.
