Business Analyst (Contract) - Remote

Overview

The Business Analyst will support the enhancement and expansion of the ServiceNow Employee Center Pro platform, focusing on gathering, validating, and translating business requirements into actionable outcomes that improve the employee experience.

• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow Employee Center Pro.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to create clear documentation and process flows.
• Comfortable working in an Agile environment.
• Experience with UX principles is a plus.
