Contract Business Analyst - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst for a full-time, 6-month (with the opportunity to extend) 1099 contract. This role is pivotal in translating complex policies and business requirements into detailed software requirements for program teams using Salesforce and related tools.

• Analyze and improve processes to identify bottlenecks and propose initiatives.

Requirements

• 7+ years as a Business Analyst or similar role in software development or IT.
• Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into detailed software specifications.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and experience with Salesforce products.
• Experience with project management software, Jira preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing stakeholders.
• Education: Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field desired.
• Industry certifications in business analysis and Salesforce are highly valued.
