In Short

• Assist in the production of investment underwriting models examining opportunities in all hotel types
• Create pro forma projections for new business opportunities
• Generate return analyses for potential investments
• Conduct market research to support key assumptions
• Analyze performance of all major transactions
• Utilize Accounting systems and Business Intelligence tools
• Complete special projects and ad hoc analyses for various departments
• Participate in Due Diligence for acquisition and consulting projects
• Assist in annual operating plan/budget process
• Create operational reports for hotel owners and stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in related field
• Previous hotel industry operations exposure or related CRE experience
• Exceptional analytical, problem solving, critical thinking skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively as either a team player or independently
