Business Analyst (Corporate - Remote)

• Demonstrate strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across diverse business units.
• Provide outstanding customer service to the GuidePoint Security user base.
• Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams.
• Document and analyze business processes and identify gaps.
• Elicit, document, and refine business and non-functional requirements.
• Embrace organizational changes through continuous learning.
• Communicate progress, challenges, and issues to management.
• Work independently and as part of a team across multiple projects.
• Contribute to functional requirements and communicate changes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of business analyst experience or equivalent knowledge.
• Certifications with ERP, CRM, and PSA applications are a plus.
• Proficiency in Sales, Quoting, Order Management, and Finance.
• Ability to prioritize projects and adhere to timelines.
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar technologies.
• Familiarity with diagramming applications such as Visio.
