Business Analyst - Remote

Overview

Wolseley Canada is seeking a Business Analyst who will support data development efforts within Supply Chain and collaborate on special projects to enhance processes and operations through effective use of technology.

• Support data development efforts within Supply Chain.
• Utilize database processes for improved data distribution.
• Perform Stock Maintenance uploads to support Replenishment.
• Respond to internal inquiries and create reports for management.
• Analyze inventory and sales data for promotional forecasting.
• Execute plans to drive availability and evaluate inventory levels.
• Drive for results and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Provide insights from data analytics.
• Manage multiple priorities with changing demands.

Requirements

• 2-3 years experience in a Supply Chain role preferred.
• Experience with business intelligence software.
• Familiarity with AS400 and Slim4 software.
• Post-secondary education in retail management or supply chain.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite and SQL.
• Proficiency in VBA and Power BI.
• Ability to analyze data and predict opportunities.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Effective time management skills.
• Willingness to undergo a criminal record check.
