Overview

Brightwheel is seeking a creative and customer-centric Lifecycle marketer to join the Marketing team, focusing on engaging existing customers and reinforcing value to increase retention in the early education sector.

In Short

  • Drive end-to-end strategies for customer engagement and retention.
  • Build and publish email campaigns using HubSpot.
  • Collaborate with Content Marketing on social engagement strategies.
  • Win back churned customers by reinforcing product value.
  • Optimize website and Help Center for user-friendliness.
  • Support various marketing initiatives as part of the Lifecycle & Customer Marketing team.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of marketing experience with successful campaign launches.
  • 1+ years of experience in Early Education as an administrator, educator, or partner.
  • Excellent writing skills and attention to detail.
  • Proactive team player with a collaborative approach.
  • Track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Growth mindset with a results-driven approach.
  • Mastery of marketing communication tools like HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or Mailchimp.
