Overview

The Regional Sales Leader (RSL) is responsible for driving the expansion and development of the company by identifying new business opportunities and executing innovative strategies to increase revenue and market share.

  • Assist in recognizing and sourcing qualified opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or Marketing.
  • 7+ years of growth marketing, business development, or sales management experience.
  • Ability to build influential relationships in a cross-functional environment.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth.
  • Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable strategies.
  • Flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
  • Great coaching and motivational leadership skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Highly competitive, positive, and results-driven mindset.
  • Experience managing multiple projects and tasks.
