Account Manager - Remote

Overview

The Account Manager is the primary contact for clients at BrightView, responsible for building long-term relationships that foster client satisfaction and retention while ensuring quality service.

In Short

• Identify and pursue opportunities for ancillary services to existing clients.
• Develop accurate estimates and takeoffs for clients.
• Ensure timely delivery of design and bids for projects.
• Generate referrals and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Perform site walkthroughs to ensure quality service.
• Facilitate resolution of client issues.
• Ensure account renewals are met.
• Listen to client enhancement needs.
• Communicate with Operations Manager on client expectations.
• Support hiring and training of field crews.

Requirements

• Associate degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of customer service and management experience in landscaping.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to coach and foster teamwork.
