Overview

As an Account Manager at StackAdapt, you will play a crucial role in managing post-sales client relationships, focusing on user adoption, campaign management, and client retention.

  • Main point of contact for clients across various verticals

  • Provide regular reporting on campaign goals
  • Set up advertising campaigns, including tag implementation
  • Identify upsell opportunities and renewal risks
  • Analyze campaign data for growth opportunities
  • Lead client meetings and presentations
  • Act as a strategic advisor to clients
  • Travel for client meetings and events as required

Requirements

  • 5–7+ years of experience in programmatic advertising or performance marketing
  • Located in Manchester or surrounding areas
  • Strong commercial acumen and track record of client revenue growth
  • Experience with Google AdWords and Facebook Ads
  • Proven success in managing client relationships
  • Focus on account retention and revenue growth
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts
  • Familiarity with digital advertising trends
  • Experience with complex databases is a plus
