Account Manager - Remote

Overview

The Account Manager is the primary contact for clients, responsible for building long-term relationships that foster client satisfaction and retention while ensuring quality service.

In Short

• Identify and pursue opportunities to sell ancillary services to existing clients.
• Develop accurate estimates and takeoffs for clients.
• Ensure timely delivery of design and bids for enhancement projects.
• Generate referrals and communicate with the Business Developer.
• Maintain long-term client relationships.
• Conduct site walkthroughs to meet quality expectations.
• Resolve client issues as needed.
• Ensure account renewals and meet financial goals.
• Support hiring, training, and coaching of field crews.
• Coordinate with the Branch Administrator for client information updates.

Requirements

• Associate degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years in customer service and management in the landscaping industry.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to coach and foster teamwork.
