Overview

As an Account Manager at Q4, you will play a crucial role in retaining and growing our customer base by managing renewals, retention, and expansion of your book of business.

In Short

  • Manage Renewals, Retention, and Expansion of customer accounts.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers while identifying areas for additional value.
  • Drive proactive outreach to prevent customer churn.
  • Own the renewals process including negotiations and contracting.
  • Identify expansion opportunities within your portfolio.
  • Gather customer feedback to inform organizational strategies.
  • Work collaboratively with Customer Success Managers.
  • Utilize Salesforce.com and other tools for effective account management.
  • Achieve sales targets in a high-growth environment.
  • Contribute to a positive team culture and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales or account management in a SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of developing relationships with senior management.
  • Experience managing revenue growth in assigned territories.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to forecast revenue and achieve sales targets.
  • Experience using Salesforce.com and similar tools.
  • Strong listening and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage a busy calendar and maintain regular customer contact.
  • Self-starter with a positive attitude.
