In Short

  • Manage a portfolio of 15+ clients with a focus on retention.
  • Build long-lasting client relationships through clear communication.
  • Track KPIs for all accounts under management.
  • Conduct bi-weekly strategy calls with clients.
  • Brainstorm and implement strategies to grow client accounts on Amazon.
  • Report and strategize account progress.
  • Manage advertising campaigns within Amazon’s Campaign Manager.
  • Resolve client account issues proactively.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve company goals.
  • Participate in regular management meetings and training sessions.

Requirements

  • BA in Marketing, Business Development, Management, or related fields.
  • 2+ years of experience in client account management.
  • 2+ years in digital marketing or eCommerce.
  • Experience with Amazon Seller and Vendor Central preferred.
  • Strong client relationship building skills.
  • Proactive and independent mindset.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Willingness to learn new skills.
