Overview

The Account Manager is the primary contact for clients, responsible for building long-term relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and managing the portfolio effectively.

• Identify and pursue opportunities for ancillary sales.
• Develop accurate estimates for clients.

Requirements

• Associate degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of customer service and management experience.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to foster a teamwork environment.
